Prior to joining Value Add Energy, Angie worked as a leader of auditors for Microsoft Outlook mobile support department. She analyzed, trained, and guided the work of support agents and focused on strategic planning to reinforce positive aspects and take advantage of opportunities for improvement. After Microsoft, Angie joined Value Add Energy as an Administrator, Project Manager, and Researcher.

Ms. Cucchi completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Public Relations at the Palermo University in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Jesse Foote develops new business opportunities for Value Add Energy. Before Value Add, Mr. Foote worked as a market research consultant for Navigant, providing insights to corporate clients on the factors influencing their markets. He has also worked extensively in the green building industry and has helped start three non-profit organizations.

Mr. Foote completed his undergraduate work in engineering at Dartmouth College.

Mr. Honeysuckle oversees the management and coordination of all capital budgets, financial reporting, and banking relationships of Value Add Energy. Additionally, Mr. Honeysuckle is in charge of purchasing and payroll activity for all staff and vendors. Mr. Honeysuckle manages accounts payable, business insurance plans as well as oversees maintenance and inventory of all fixed assets.

Mr. Honeysuckle completed his undergraduate work in accounting at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a Certified Public Accountant.
